Changing Limiting Beliefs I use a method, Rob Kelly's Changing Limiting Beliefs, which is an incredibly powerful system of training people to identify and change their limiting beliefs, and take back control of their lives. No matter how successful you are or what you have done in life, there will have been times when your thinking has held you back in some way. Whether that's in your job, business, relationships or another part of your life. Beliefs training aims to change the way you think, to get the very best out of yourself in every area of your life, to overcome all your limiting beliefs and anything that is holding you back in life. It works because you will be given real insight and understanding into yourself, you will learn about your personality, how you presently think, what your belief systems are and how they are affecting you. Once you really understand yourself and how your mind is holding you back, you'll be taught HOW to make the changes necessary to change your life. In as little as two weeks, you can be enjoying the benefits of this process. What's involved! The method uses a mixture of teaching, psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and hypnosis. The pace of the course and number of sessions you need does vary. I will only go as fast as you are comfortable with and you wont move on until I am sure you have understood what you have already covered. Typically people take between three and six sessions. Anything where your thinking and or your beliefs about yourself or your environment is getting in the way and leaving you feeling powerless to change this. It will build your self esteem and confidence, It will allow you to achieve the things you previously thought were beyond you like giving presentations, meeting people and making new friends, doing things you've been dreaming of but never actually doing. It will rid you of fears and phobias, overcome depression, anxiety and stress as well as helping you to manage the psychological component of illnesses such as ME, PVFS.
